About Workshop
Propeller clock is totally based on concept of Persistence of Vision (PoV) i.e through High Speed Moving LED's row.
This led row is rotating at a rate superior to human's eye remanence, making a dot matrix which seems to float in the air. A motor spins the "propeller" and a small microcontroller keeps track of time and changes the pattern on LEDs with exact timing to simulate array of LEDs. It is an illusion, but it works nicely. By using this structure we can generate many more patterns like you can display your name, smiley, digital clock, analog clock…etc.
